October 18^th, 2011:  Charges of Domestic Assault and Battery

Woburn District Court:  A woman was accused of repeatedly striking her husband about the face and neck during the course of an argument at their home.  The police report contained incriminating statements from both the husband and the wife, and the police also had photographs of the injuries which the husband had sustained.  However, our office succeeded in having all of the charges dismissed. 

September 16^th, 2011:  Charges of Assault and Battery

Woburn District Court:  The police alleged that our client, a gentleman in his 50’s, physically attacked a fourteen year-old boy during the course of an argument outside his place of business.  Several of the accuser’s friends who witnessed the incident corroborated the accuser’s story.  Using surveillance footage as evidence, our office managed to have all of the charges against our client dismissed. 

June 29^th, 2011:  Charges of Indecent Assault and Battery

Woburn District Court:  The prosecutor alleged that our client sexually assaulted a 34 year old woman.  The incident occurred while out client was under the influence of alcohol, and the police report contained incriminating statements by our client.  Our office managed to resolve the case as expeditiously as possible.  Provided our client avoids trouble for the next six months, all of the charges against him will be dismissed.
